Welcome to RF Strategy. These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern all professional services, AI engineering projects, diagnostic sessions, and strategic advisory provided by [RF STRATEGY ("RF Strategy", "we", "us") to business clients ("Client", "you").
RF Strategy operates on a performance-aligned model designed to eliminate risk for ambitious SMEs:
Ideation & Diagnostics: Initial scoping sessions and AI Readiness Diagnostics are provided for a symbolic commitment fee as agreed in writing prior to execution.
Skin in the Game: Detailed scaling and execution projects are governed by performance targets, fixed milestones, or success-aligned agreements detailed in the client-specific Statement of Work (SOW). No inflated hourly billing or unvetted retainers.
Client IP: All proprietary business data, workflows, document archives, and internal processes provided by the Client remain 100% the exclusive property of the Client.
Model Weights & Adapters: Custom-trained LoRA/QLoRA adapter weights and fine-tuned models created specifically for the Client under a paid SOW belong entirely to the Client upon full settlement of project fees.
RF Strategy Methodology: RF Strategy retains all rights to its underlying frameworks, proprietary decision engines (THINK25), and pre-existing engineering tools.
Both parties agree to treat all business communications, technical configurations, and strategic data as strictly confidential:
RF Strategy will not share, publish, or disclose any Client information to third parties without prior written consent.
All AI infrastructure engineered by RF Strategy complies with strict zero-data-retention and GDPR sovereignty standards as outlined in our GDPR Compliance Statement.
Successful AI engineering and process transformation depend on clear cooperation. The Client agrees to:
Provide timely access to necessary operational domain experts and data repositories.
Ensure all data provided to RF Strategy for model tuning is legally obtained and compliant with applicable privacy legislation.
RF Strategy provides strategic decision engines and AI systems designed with mathematical validation (MCDA/AHP). However:
Final operational, financial, and legal decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client’s management team.
RF Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from model outputs, third-party hardware failures, or external network interruptions. Total liability under any engagement is capped at the total fees paid by the Client to RF Strategy under the applicable SOW.
These Terms and any accompanying Statements of Work are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PORTUGAL. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of CASCAIS, PORTUGAL.
